摘　　要：随着互联网、物联网和信息化技术在医疗领域的深化应用,国家愈发表现出对医疗卫生信息化高层次人才的迫切需求。文章针对当前的医学信息管理专业研究生教育定位不清、管理制度有待改善、实践教学环节有待加强、教学模式单一等情况,提出了针对医学高校医学信息管理专业人才培养的建议,以期对学科专业建设有一定的借鉴意义。With the deepening application of Internet,Internet of things and information technology in the medical field,the country increasingly shows an urgent demand for high-level talents in medical and health information,medical information management graduate education orientation is unclear,management system needs to be improved,practice teaching links need to be strengthened,teaching mode is single,this paper puts forward suggestions for medical information management professional personnel training in medical colleges and universities,so as to have a certain reference significance for the construction of disciplines and majors.
