摘　　要：《西部陆海新通道总体规划》的出台给广西海铁联运带来重大机遇,但是广西海铁联运作为西部陆海新通道重要的运输方式,仍然存在协同机制不够完善、陆海基础设施有待改进、海铁联运信息化建设有待提高、服务水平不高等问题。为此,文章深入分析这些存在问题,提出完善海铁联运协同机制、加快海铁联运基础设施建设、加强海铁联运信息化建设、提高海铁联运服务水平等提升广西海铁联运建设的有效路径。The introduction of the Master Plan of the New Western Land-Sea Corridor brings great opportunities to the sea-rail combined transportation in Guangxi. However, as an important mode of transportation for the new western land-sea corridor, guangxi sea-rail combined transport still has some problems, such as imperfect coordination mechanism, land-sea infrastructure to be improved,sea-rail combined transport information construction to be improved, and low service level. Therefore, to improve the coordination mechanism of sea-railway combined transport, speed up the construction of sea-rail combined transport infrastructure, strengthen the information construction of sea-railway combined transport, and improve the service level of sea-rail combined transport are effective ways to improve the construction of sea-rail combined transport in Guangxi.
