摘 要:纳米粉体的团聚程度影响纳米复相陶瓷的微观结构,进而影响其光学与力学性能。本文采用溶胶-凝胶法合成Y_(2)O_(3)-MgO纳米粉体,结合热压烧结(HP)技术制备出光学及力学性能优异的Y_(2)O_(3)-MgO复相陶瓷。研究了前驱体中金属离子与柠檬酸的摩尔比(m/c)对纳米粉体团聚程度及复相陶瓷显微结构、光学及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,当金属离子和柠檬酸摩尔比为0.75时,粉体团聚程度最低,该粉体经过热压烧结后制备出的Y_(2)O_(3)-MgO陶瓷具有均匀的相域,晶粒尺寸约为140 nm,3~6μm波段的透过率达到80%,维氏硬度及断裂韧性分别为10.90 GPa、2.21 MPa·m^(-1/2),抗弯强度为226 MPa。The agglomeration state of nano-powders affects the microstructure of ceramic nano composites,and hence its optical and mechanical properties.In this paper,Y_(2)O_(3)-MgO nano-powder was synthesized by sol-gel method.Y_(2)O_(3)-MgO nano composites with excellent optical and mechanical properties were prepared by using hot pressing sintering(HP).The effects of the molar ratio of metal ions to citric acid(m/c)in the precursor on the agglomeration state of nano-powders and the optical and mechanical properties of the nano composites were studied.For the molar ratio of metal ions to citric acid of 0.75,the agglomeration state of the powder is the lowest.Y_(2)O_(3)-MgO nano composites prepared by hot-pressing sintering have an uniform phase domain,an average grain size of 140 nm,and an in-line transmittance of 80%within 3~6μm wavelength range.Vickers hardness,fracture toughness and bending strength are 10.90 GPa,2.21 MPa·m^(-1/2) and 226 MPa,respectively.
