摘　　要：原蚕人工饲料育是实现蚕种生产省力化的有效途径。以家蚕人工饲料适应性品系菁松R(JR)和皓月R(HR)供试,2021年春蚕期采用人工饲料进行原蚕全龄饲育比较试验。调查结果:JR和HR的普通茧死笼率分别为23.67%、33.00%,茧层率分别为21.16%、20.37%,出蛾率分别为88.33%、92.78%,正常蛾出蛾率分别57.91%、80.11%;JR的单蛾平均造卵数241粒,其中产出卵数量平均237粒、遗腹卵平均4粒、受精率58.64%,HR的单蛾平均造卵数平均288粒,其中产出卵数量284粒、遗腹卵平均4粒、受精率77.14%。除HR普通茧平均死笼率、雌雄出蛾率以及JR和HR的遗腹卵数量外,其他各项成绩皆不及2019年晚晚秋蚕期全龄人工饲料育的试验成绩。2个供试家蚕品系人工饲料育的制种成绩与桑叶育的制种成绩相比,仍有较大差距,提示JR和HR原蚕的人工饲料配方及饲育技术措施等有待进一步研究改善。Artificial feed breeding of silkworm is an effective way to save effort in silkworm seed production.The silkworm varieties Jingsong R(JR)and Haoyue R(HR)were used to carry out a comparative experiment of full age rearing of silkworm in the spring silkworm stage of 2021 using artificial diet.The dead cage rates of JR and HR ordinary cocoons were 23.67%and 33.00%,the cocoon layer rates were 21.16%and 20.37%,the moth emergence rates were 88.33%and 92.78%,and the normal moth emergence rates were 57.91%and 80.11%,respectively.The average number of eggs produced by single moths of JR was 241,in which the average number of eggs laid was 237,the average number of posthumous eggs produced was 4,and the fertilization rate was 58.64%.The average number of eggs produced by single moths of HR was 288,in which the average number of eggs laid was 284,the average number of posthumous eggs produced was 4,and the fertilization rate was 77.14%.Except for the average dead cage rate of HR common cocoons,the eclosion rate of male and female,and the number of unborn eggs of JR and HR,the other results were not good as those in the experiment in the late autumn silkworm stage in 2019.There was still a big gap between the results of artificial feed breeding of the two silkworm varieties and those of mulberry leaf breeding,suggesting that the artificial feed formula and feeding techniques of JR and HR silkworm should be further studied and improved.
