摘　　要：为了助力桑园生产管理的机械化,设计了一款省力高效的桑树伐条机。该机利用微耕机的主机作动力,即以微耕机为主体,加装一个带有枝条割伐双锯盘的活动架,活动架上安装的割伐机由左、右各一套切割刀主轴和切割刀盘构成,可以同时割伐左、右两行桑树枝条。工作原理:微耕机的燃油发动机动力输出轮通过三角皮带带动行走轮低速旋转而慢速行进,从动力皮带轮分出的一个皮带槽带动割伐传动轴高速旋转实现伐条作业,伐条高度和行宽均可在活动架上进行调节。该机按平均1500 m/h的速度行进,每小时可割伐种植面积0.2~0.3 hm^(2)的桑树枝条,是人工伐条的5~8倍。该机具有一机多用的功能,只需将用于割伐枝条的活动架卸下,主机就还可用于耕地、施肥、喷雾作业。In order to help the mechanization of mulberry production and management,a labor-saving and efficient mulberry cutting machine was designed.The machine uses the main engine of the micro tiller as the power,that is,taking the micro tiller as the main body and adding a movable frame with branch cutting and double saw disc.The cutting mechanism installed on the movable frame is composed of a set of cutting knife spindle and cutting knife disc on the left and right respectively,which can cut two rows of mulberry branches at the same time.Working principle:the power output wheel of the fuel engine of the micro cultivator drives the walking wheel to rotate at low speed and travel at low speed through the triangular belt.A belt groove separated from the power belt pulley drives the cutting transmission shaft to rotate at high speed to realize cutting operation.The cutting height and row width can be adjusted on the movable frame.The machine runs at an average speed of 1500 m/h and can cut mulberry branches with a planting area of 0.2~0.3 hm^(2) per hour,which is 5~8 times that of manual cutting.The machine has the function of multiple functions,and only needs to remove the movable frame used for cutting branches,and the main engine can be used for farmland ploughing,fertilization and spray operation.
