蚕桑产业如何在乡村振兴战略中发挥更大作用的思考

摘　　要：深入开发本地优质资源,做大做强特色产业是乡村振兴的重要抓手。四川省是全国蚕桑主要产区之一,蚕桑产业曾在农民脱贫增收、丝绸企业发展和对外贸易中做出过巨大贡献。为了充分发挥蚕桑产业在乡村振兴中的重要作用,本文就如何运用现代化农业的理念发展蚕桑产业、通过创新性生产方式深度开发蚕桑资源,让传统蚕桑产业焕发生机活力进行了探讨,提出了“优先考虑‘三农’问题并落到实处、优先考虑应用现代化经营管理与技术、优先满足‘三农’发展要素配置、优先保障生产基础设施及人居环境整治”等实施策略。Deeply exploiting superior local resources and expanding distinctive industries are important steps of rural revitalization.Sichuan Province was among the main producing areas of sericulture.The industries had made huge contributions to poverty alleviation,peasants'income increase,the development of leading enterprises and foreign trade.However,they lost the original competitive advantages later due to certain reasons.In order to give full play to the important role of sericulture industry in promoting rural revitalization,this paper discussed how to use the concept of modern agriculture to develop sericulture industry,and how to deeply develop sericulture resources through innovative production methods,to make the traditional sericulture industry full of vitality.We put forward the implementation strategy of"give priority to the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and put them into practice;We suggest give priority to the application of modern management and technology,give priority to the allocation of development factors of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and give priority to the guarantee of production infrastructure and renovation of human settlement environment.
