摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央运筹把握中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局,以前所未有的政治勇气和战略定力,提出了一系列新理念新思想新战略,形成了内涵丰富、科学系统的新时代中国化马克思主义党建理论体系,推进新时代党的建设取得了历史性、开创性成就,开拓了新时代党的建设新局面。习近平关于党的建设重要论述是顺应建设世界上最强大政党应运而生的重大理论创新成果,是马克思主义党建学说中国化的最新成果,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是新时代全面加强党的领导、全面从严治党的行动指南。Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core make plans to grasp the overall strategy of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the world undergoing profound changes unseen in a century.With unprecedented political courage and strategic focus,they have put forward a series of new concepts,new ideas and new strategies,formed a rich and scientific system of sinicized Marxist Party building theory for a new era,made historic and groundbreaking achievements in enhancing Par⁃ty building,and opened up a new chapter in Party building in the new era.Xi’s important exposi⁃tions of Party building is a major theoretical innovation in response to building the world’s most pow⁃erful political party,the latest achievements of the sinicization of Marxist theory of Party building,an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and a guide to action for comprehensively strengthening the Party’s leadership and governing the Party with strict discipline.
