摘 要:以4-溴-1,8-萘二甲酸酐为原料,合成了一种萘酰亚胺类席夫碱荧光探针L,采用核磁共振(^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR)、红外光谱(IR)和高分辨质谱(HRMS)进行了结构表征。探针L在CH_(3)CN-H_(2)O(75∶25,V/V,20 mmol/L HEPES,pH=7.4)溶液中,可实现对Cu^(2+)的专一性识别,检出限低至0.37μmol/L。探针L与Cu^(2+)形成1∶1配合物L-Cu^(2+),此配合物通过配体置换作用可实现对草甘膦的特异性检测,方法具有选择性好、抗干扰能力强、检出限低(0.56μmol/L,0.09μg/mL)、可实现可视化检测等优点。配合物L-Cu^(2+)体系被成功应用于实际水样中草甘膦的检测,为环境样品中草甘膦的检测提供了新方法。A naphthalimide Schiff base fluorescent probe L was designed and synthesized with 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalene dicarboxylic anhydride as raw material.Its structure was characterized by 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),^(13)C NMR,infrared(IR)spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectrometry(HRMS).In the CH_(3)CN-H_(2)O(75∶25,V/V,20 mmol/L HEPES,pH=7.4)solution,the probe possessed good selectivity and sensitivity to Cu^(2+) and with a detection limit as low as 0.37μmol/L.The stoichiometric ratio of L to Cu ^(2+) was 1∶1,and the complex L-Cu^(2+)had high selectivity,good sensitivity,low detection limit of 0.56μmol/L(0.09μg/mL)and naked eye recognition for detection of glyphosate by ligand replacement menthod.In addition,the L-Cu^(2+) was succesfully used in detection of glyphosate in actual water samples,which indicated that the proposed probe had potential application in the field of environmental detection.
