摘  要:依托工程实例,介绍了承插式预制桥墩接口处镀锌金属波纹管的应用及施工工艺。采用ABAQUS有限元软件,在水平推覆力作用下,开展预制桥墩及灌浆料的塑性损伤规律、预制桥墩位移和应力分布状态研究。结果表明:预埋镀锌金属波纹管的承台与桥墩承插式连接方式具有稳定性高、施工速度快等特点;相较普通承插式构件,预埋镀锌金属波纹管承插式构件整体性更好;承插式构件与整体现浇构件具有一致协同受力特点,建议承插式构件选用高强度灌浆料。Relying on engineering examples,the app-lication and construction technology of galvanized metal bellows at the joints of socket prefabricated bridge piers are introduced.Using ABAQUS finite element software,under the action of horizontal thrust,the plastic damage law of precast bridge piers and grouting material,the displacement and stress distribution of precast bridge piers are studied.The research results show that the socket-type connection method of the embedded galvanized metal bellows cap and the bridge pier has the characteristics of high stability and fast construction speed.Compared with ordinary embedded components,embedded galvanized metal corrugated pipe embedded members are better integrated.The socket-type component and the integral cast-in-place component have consistent and coordinated force characteristics,and it is recommended that the socket-type component should use high-strength grouting material.
