摘　　要：通过对人员、车辆、道路、环境等交通事故影响因素和时间、空间、形态等事故分布特性的研究,阐述了特长公路隧道交通事故的潜在规律和各因素间的影响机理,从预防措施、应急预警、处置方法、联防联动等方面构建了特长公路隧道交通事故的安全保障体系。Through the research on the influencing factors of traffic accidents such as personnel,vehicles,roads and environment and the accident distribution characteristics such as time,space and form,this paper expounds the potential law of traffic accidents in extra long highway tunnel and the influence mechanism among various factors,and constructs the safety guarantee system of traffic accidents in extra long highway tunnel from the aspects of preventive measures,emergency early warning,disposal methods and joint prevention and linkage.
