摘 要:选取了高速铁路与高速公路两种出行方式,以济南市为研究起点,终点选定潍坊市、北京市两条路线,建立Logit模型,并以安全性、经济性、舒适性及运行速度为评价指标,利用层次分析法确定各指标权重,利用调查问卷或线性插值法确定各指标的特征值最后通过效用函数,进行效用和分担率的计算分析。结果表明:济南—潍坊和济南—北京路线区间的高速铁路效用分别为0.79和0.78,分担率分别为0.541和0.538,两路线区间基本相同,均大于高速公路效用和分担率,说明高铁的建设对缓解交通压力起到了极大的作用。The paper selects two travel modes of highspeed railway and expressway,takes Jinan as the starting point,selects the two route intervals of Weifang and Beijing,establishes the Logit model,takes safety,economy,comfort and running speed as the evaluation index,determines the weight of each index by analytic hierarchy process,determines the eigenvalue of each index by questionnaire or linear interpolation method,and finally calculates and analyzes the utility and sharing rate by utility function.The results show that the utility of high-speed railway in Jinan-Weifang and Jinan-Beijing routes is 0.79 and 0.78 respectively,and the sharing rate is 0.541 and 0.538 respectively.This shows that the construction of high-speed rail plays a great role in relieving traffic pressure.
