摘　　要：定制公交作为创新公交服务模式,能够满足乘客多层次、多元化出行需求,提升便捷、舒适等出行需求。从信息化技术方面着手,探讨分析定制公交的功能和流程设计,提出相应的模型算法,同时就信息化方面针对公交的创新发展提出几点启示。As an innovative bus service model,customized buses can meet passengers'multi-level and diversified travel needs,and improve travel needs such as convenience and comfort.This article starts from the aspect of informatization technology,discusses and analyzes the function and process design of customized public transportation,proposes corresponding model algorithms,and puts forward several enlightenment for the innovative development of public transportation in the aspect of informatization.
