摘　　要：1只3岁雄性无毛猫,已免疫完全,体重3.63 kg。两个月前寄养,回家后出现间歇性呕吐、食欲下降、排便较软,并发现粪便内有疑似为绳子的物体,立即将猫送医就诊。经临床检查、实验室检查和影像学检查,确诊猫胃内存在线性异物;因线性异物较多且时间较久,故采用胃部切开缝合术取出线性异物。经过手术治疗和术后护理,患猫恢复健康。文章旨在提供猫胃内线性异物的诊断方法与治疗经验,为宠物主人提供预防措施,为减少犬猫胃肠异物疾病的发生提供参考。A three years old male hairless cat,immune complete,weight 3.63 kg.The cat was fostered two months ago.After returning home,she developed intermittent vomiting,decreased appetite,soft defecation,and found objects that were suspected to be ropes in the feces.The cat was immediately sent to the hospital for treatment.After clinical examination,laboratory examination and imaging examination,it was confirmed that there was a linear foreign body in the cat's stomach.Because of the large number of linear foreign bodies and the long time,gastric incision and suture were used to remove the linear foreign bodies.Because there were many linear foreign bodies and the time was long,gastric incision and suture were used to remove the linear foreign bodies.After surgical treatment and post-operative care,the affected cat recovered.The purpose of the article is to provide the diagnosis method and treatment experience of linear foreign bodies in the cat stomach,to provide preventive measures for pet owners,and to provide reference for reducing the occurrence of gastrointestinal foreign body diseases in dogs and cats.
