江苏省老年慢性病患者对远程护理服务的需求及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的初步调查老年慢性病患者参与远程护理意愿,识别影响其参与意愿的因素。方法2020年5-8月,利用方便抽样选取江苏省262例老年慢性病患者,采用一般资料调查表、远程护理的认知情况及接受意愿问卷以及汉化的修正版自我护理能力评估量表(ASAS-R-C)进行调查。结果262例老人中,60.31%表示愿意接受远程护理服务,排在前3位的服务内容分别是“远程一键通紧急呼叫并安排救助”“远程健康状况咨询”及“远程生命体征动态监测记录分析”;是否有慢性病家族史、会使用新媒体设备进行的操作数目及自护能力水平对老年慢性病患者接受远程护理意愿有独立影响。结论目前慢性病老年人大部分对远程护理持积极态度,在政策、宣传、人才供应等方面我国应尽快跟上步伐,加强“政府-医院-家庭”三位一体建设。Objective To preliminaryly investigate the willingness of elderly patients with chronic diseases to participate in telenursing and identify the factors influencing their willingness to participate.Method A total of 262 patients with chronic diseases in Jiangsu province were selected by convenient sampling,and investigated by general data questionnaire,telenursing cognition and acceptance questionnaire,and revised Chinese version of ASAS-R-C.Results Among 262 cases,60.31%of elderly patients with chronic diseases were willing to accept telenursing.The top three service contents were"remote one-click emergency call and rescue arrangement","remote health consultation"and"remote dynamic monitoring and record analysis of vital signs".Whether there was a family history of chronic diseases,the number of operations that can be performed using new media devices,and the level of self-care ability had an independent impact on the willingness of elderly patients with chronic diseases to receive telenursing.Conclusion At present,most of the elderly with chronic diseases have a positive attitude towards telenursing.In terms of publicity,policy,and talent supply,China should keep up with the pace as soon as possible,and strengthen the trinity of"Government-Hospital-Family".
