摘 要:通过粘温特性实验及环道实验等,对顺北外输原油的结蜡模型及其建立过程进行分析,并通过建立不加热管道最优经济清管周期模型及满足安全运输的约束条件,结合顺北1联合站-3号阀室间管道不同季节运行工况,分别对其最优清管周期及经济性进行研究。结果表明:采用不加热原油输送管道最优清管周期,相比于其实际清管周期,可以使每公里平均运行成本在春季、夏季、秋季、冬季分别节约11%、19%、30%和13%。Through viscosity-temperature characteristic experiment and loop experiment and so on,the wax deposition model and its establishment process of Shunbei output crude are analyzed,combined with the operation conditions of pipeline between Shunbei No.1 combined-station and No.3 valve chamber in different seasons,the most economical pigging frequency and economy of the pipeline are researched by establishing the most economical pigging frequency model of unheated crude oil pipeline and satisfying the constrain condition of safe transportation.The results show that compared with the actual pigging frequency,using the most economical pigging frequency of unheated crude oil pipeline can save 11%,19%,30%and 13%of the average operating cost per kilometer in spring,summer,autumn and winter,respectively.
