摘  要:火烧山油田H1油藏南部物性条件差,砂体呈透镜状分布,常规井网难以有效开采,针对这一特点,共在H1油藏南部布置6口水平井进行衰竭式开采。从筛管完井水平井分段压裂技术切入,论证了火烧山油田特低渗裂缝性砂岩油藏大规模体积压裂的适应性;并开展适合筛管完井水平井改造的多级暂堵重复压裂技术研究,通过多级暂堵的方式实现对水平段段间转向,激活原有天然裂缝,产生新的人工裂缝,从而形成复杂缝网,扩大泻油面积,提高水平井产量。重点研究H1油藏南部天然裂缝发育和地应力分布对体积压裂造缝机理的影响,以及相配套的分段分簇方案、压裂参数及暂堵工艺技术。最终通过微地震监测对压裂后的储层改造程度和总SRV进行评估。The southern part of the H1 reservoir in Huoshaoshan Oilfield has poor physical properties,and the sand bodies are distributed in a lenticular shape.Conventional well patterns are difficult to produce effectively.In view of this feature,a total of 6 horizontal wells are deployed in the southern part of the H1 reservoir for depletion mining.This paper starts from the staged fracturing technology of screened completion horizontal wells,and demonstrates the adaptability of large-scale volume fracturing of ultra-low permeability fractured sandstone reservoirs in Huoshaoshan Oilfield;and develops multi-level fracturing suitable for screened completion horizontal wells.Temporary plugging and repeated fracturing technology research,through multi-level temporary plugging to realize the turning of the horizontal section,activate the original natural fractures,generate new artificial fractures,thus form a complex network of fractures,expand the oil drainage area,and increase the production of horizontal wells.The focus is on the influence of natural fracture development and in-situ stress distribution in the southern part of H1 reservoir on the fracture mechanism of volume fracturing,as well as the matching sub-cluster scheme,fracturing parameters and temporary plugging technology.Finally,microseismic monitoring is used to evaluate the degree of reservoir reconstruction after fracturing and the total SRV.
