摘 要:以商品活性炭为原料,先用稀盐酸浸泡预处理,然后采用浸渍—微波法制备了负载型Fe/AC催化剂,对酸性品红模拟印染废水进行催化湿式过氧化氢氧化处理(CWPO),研究处理工艺条件对Fe/AC催化活性的影响。结果表明,对商品活性炭进行预处理能显著提高Fe/AC的催化活性,同时Fe/AC的CWPO工艺对酸性品红的脱色效果优于其吸附能力。当Fe/AC投加量浓度为3.2 g/L、30%H_(2)O_(2)加入量为0.2 m L、初始酸性品红溶液浓度为200 mg/L、反应时间为120min、反应温度为55℃、p H为3时脱色率最大,达到了94.07%。A loaded Fe/AC catalyst was prepared by pretreatment with dilute hydrochloric acid immersion followed by impregnation-microwave method using commercial activated carbon as raw material for catalytic wet hydrogen peroxide oxidation(CWPO) treatment of acid fuchsin simulated printing and dyeing wastewater to study the effect of treatment process conditions on the catalytic activity of Fe/AC. The results showed that pretreatment of commercial activated carbon could significantly improve the catalytic activity of Fe/AC, while the CWPO process of Fe/AC was better than its adsorption capacity for decolorization of acid fuchsin. The maximum decolorization rate of 94.07% was achieved when the Fe/AC dosage concentration was 3.2 g/L, the 30% H_(2)O_(2) addition was 0.2 m L, the initial acid fuchsin solution concentration was 200 mg/L,the reaction time was 90 min,the reaction temperature was 55℃,and the pH was 3.
