摘　　要：长输天然气管道项目核准是工程建设的第一步,也是关键一步,由于涉及部门多、协调范围广,目前核准工作还存在很多问题,针对这些问题,首先梳理了核准工作流程,其次从协调难度、地方政府诉求、机构改革等多个角度进行分析,提出提高专业素养、完善核准机制、进行分段核准等建议,对目前长输天然气管道项目的核准工作具有一定的借鉴意义。The approval of a long-distance natural gas pipeline project is the first step and a key step in the construction of the project. Due to the large number of departments involved and the wide scope of coordination, there are still many problems in the current approval work. In response to these problems, this article first sorts out the approval workflow, and secondly analyzing from multiple perspectives such as the difficulty of coordination, local government demands, institutional reforms, etc., it puts forward suggestions for improving professionalism, perfecting the approval mechanism, and conducting segmental approvals, which have certain reference significance for the current approval of long-distance natural gas pipeline projects.
