摘  要:阐述了ECLIPS5700测井系统的井下密度仪在延长区块的使用情况和维修保养过程。在测井施工过程中,各种井下仪器出现故障率较高的是密度仪,且有逐年明显升高趋势,维修密度仪器耗费大量的材料成本和人工成本,造成了维修密度井下仪效率低,且影响测井时效,为了稳固延长天然气井市场,针对延长地层岩性越来越复杂的情况,只有提高井下仪器维修时效,才能满足大斜度井、水平井测井施工的需要及应用。This paper describes the use and maintenance process of the downhole densitometer of eclipse 5700 logging system in Yanchang block. In the process of logging construction, the densitometer has a high failure rate of various downhole instruments, which has an obvious increasing trend year by year. Maintaining the density instrument consumes a lot of material cost and labor cost, resulting in the low efficiency of maintaining the density downhole instrument, In order to stabilize and extend the natural gas well market, in view of the increasingly complex formation lithology, only by improving the maintenance timeliness of downhole instruments can we meet the needs and application of logging construction of highly deviated wells and horizontal wells.
