摘  要:对职业卫生检测标准GBZ/T 300.143-2017中对硝基苯胺的溶剂解吸-紫外分光光度法进行了方法验证,从方法线性、相关系数、精密度、准确度几个方面参数进行验证,经过我们实际验证,该方法能够满足职业卫生检测对硝基苯胺的测定,同时对如何顺利开展实验进行相关分析讨论。In this paper, the method verification of the solvent desorption-UV spectrophotometry of pnitroaniline in the occupational health testing standard GBZ/T 300.143-2017 was carried out, and the parameters of method linearity, correlation coefficient, precision and accuracy were verified. We have actually verified that this method can meet the determination of p-nitroaniline in occupational health testing, and at the same time, we will analyze and discuss how to carry out the experiment smoothly.
