摘 要:为了实现低成本开发砂岩油藏侧钻水平井,优化开窗点位置,实现A靶点侧钻,减少侧钻裸眼井段长度,配套开发出筛管膨胀悬挂器和高性能管外封隔器,评价了套管安全下入可靠性和高温完井管柱高温安全性,形成一套水平段侧钻井筛管防砂完井技术,并在胜利油田Z32-CP24井成功应用。现场应用表明,该技术实现了剩余油富集油藏低效水平井换水平段作业,热采侧钻水平井可实现筛管防砂预应力完井,经过三轮次注汽周期安全生产验证该工艺可行性,为低效、套损严重的水平井实现换水平段作业提供了可行的技术方案。In order to realize the low-cost development of horizontal well sidetracking in sandstone reservoir, optimizing the position of window point to realize sidetracking at A target, and then reduced the length of sidetracking open hole section. The screen expandable liner hanger and high-performance packers were developed to evaluate the casing running reliability and high-temperature safety of high-temperature completion string, forming a set of screen sand control completion technology for horizontal section sidetracking wells. And the technology was applied in Z32-CP24 well, which showed that the technology can realize the operation of low efficiency horizontal well for replacing the horizontal section in residual oil enrichment reservoir, and the screen pipe sand control pre-stressed completion can be realized in thermal recovery sidetracking horizontal well. After three rounds of steam injection cycle safety productions, the feasibility of the process was verified, which provides a feasible technical scheme to replace bottom hole for the low efficiency and damaged horizontal wells.
