四川两地居民呼吸道传染病消毒知识掌握现状分析

摘　　要：目的:了解四川两地居民对消毒知识掌握现状与影响因素,提出提高居民消毒知识与技能的策略和措施。方法:自行设计问卷,于2020年9~12月采用便利抽样方式对成都和泸州两地共932例居民进行消毒知识及培训需求调查,计算消毒知识问题的正确率和不同人口学特征消毒知识及格率。结果:共回收有效问卷903份,有效回收率96.89%,69.62%调查对象消毒知识达到及格,但居民在消毒剂家庭使用范围和方法方面仍存在消毒误区;居住地在农村、工人及农民、离异或丧偶、文化程度偏低的居民消毒知识及格率更低(P<0.05)。电视、手机等是居民获得信息主要途径,需求调查提示,79.95%调查对象希望得到以宣传视频和现场演示为主要形式的培训,重点培训需求为消毒剂的使用方法和消毒时防护指导。结论:四川两地居民消毒知识整体掌握较好,但在家庭消毒有效范围和方法等方面尚存在误区。应该加强对农村地区居民、工人及农民以及文化程度偏低等重点人群的消毒知识健康教育,纠正误区,以提升居民消毒知识和技能。Objective:To understand the status and influencing factors of residents'knowledge of disinfection in two regions of Sichuan,and put forward strategies and measures to improve residents'knowledge and skills of disinfection.Methods:A questionnaire was designed,A total of 932 residents in Chengdu and Luzhou were surveyed on their disinfection knowledge and training needs by convenience sampling method from September to December 2020.The correct rate of disinfection knowledge and the pass rate of disinfection knowledge of different demographic characteristics were calculated.Results:A total of 903 valid questionnaires were collected with effective recovery of 96.89%,69.62%o f t he s ubjects a chieved a p assing Objective:To understand the status and influencing factors of residents'knowledge of disinfection in two regions of Sichuan,and put forward strategies and measures to improve residents'knowledge and skills of disinfection.Methods:A questionnaire was designed,A total of 932 residents in Chengdu and Luzhou were surveyed on their disinfection knowledge and training needs by convenience sampling method from September to December 2020.The correct rate of disinfection knowledge and the pass rate of disinfection knowledge of different demographic characteristics were calculated.Results:A total of 903 valid questionnaires were collected with effective recovery of 96.89%,69.62%o f t he s ubjects a chieved a p assing g rade i n d isinfection k nowledge,However.there were still misunderstandings in the scope and methods of household use of disinfectants.The pass rate of disinfection knowledge was lower among the residents living in rural areas,workers and farmers,divorced or widowed,and those with low education level(P<0.05).TV and mobile phones were the main channels for residents to obtain information,According to the demand survey,79.95%of respondents hope to receive training mainly in the form of propaganda videos and on-site demonstrations,with the focus on the use of disinfectants and protection guidance during dis
