四合平颤饮配合推拿针灸治疗特发性震颤26例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察四合平颤饮配合推拿针灸治疗特发性震颤的治疗效果。方法:选取2009年2月至2021年5月中医内科门诊临床确诊为特发性震颤病例共46例,随机分为治疗组26例和对照组20例。治疗组患者应用自拟四合平颤饮配合推拿针灸及西医普萘洛尔等药物对症处理,对照组单纯应用西药而不应用中药四合平颤饮和推拿针灸疗法,治疗后观察临床症状改善情况并随访1年从而确定临床疗效。结果:治疗组显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),具有显著统计学意义。结论:中药四合平颤饮配合推拿针灸治疗特发性震颤具有明确的临床.疗效。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Sihe Pingchan decoction combined with massage and acupuncture in the treatment of essential tremor.Methods:46 cases of clinically diagnosed essential tremor were randomly selected and divided into a treatment group of 26 cases and a control group of 20 cases.The pa-tients in the treatment group were treated with self-made Sihe Pingchan decoction combined with massage acu-puncture and Western medicine propranolol,etc.Symptomatic treatment was given by medicines,and the control group was only given western medicine but not with Chinese medicine Sihepingchanyin and massage acupuncture.Results:The markedly effective rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),with significant statistical significance.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Sihe Pingchan Decoction combined with Tuina acupuncture has a clear clinical effect in the treatment of essential tremor.
