摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)可通过多种途径损伤血管内皮,造成血管功能障碍。临床上采用无创、简便和安全的方法及时筛查出OSAHS患者及运用合理方法检测其血管功能是预防和减少心脑血管疾病的重要举措。目前监测睡眠质量和检测血管结构与功能的方式方法多种多样,发展迅速。现就OSAHS的筛查与血管结构、功能的量化指标及二者之间的关系研究进展进行综述。Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)can damage vascular endothelium and cause vascular dysfunction in many ways.So,it is important and necessary to screen the OSAHS patient timely and to detect their vascular function in reasonable methods,which could prevent and reduce the amount of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.At present,there are many ways and methods to monitor sleep quality and detect vascular structure and function.This paper reviews the research progress on the screening of OSAHS,the quantitative indexes of vascular structure and function and the relationship between them.
