摘　　要：目的:观察外用重组人表皮生长因子联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病足患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年7月至2021年7月该院收治的90例糖尿病足患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用硫辛酸静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用外用重组人表皮生长因子治疗,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后氧化应激指标[晚期蛋白氧化产物(AOPPs)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]水平、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(42/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组AOPPs、MDA、TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组,SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:外用重组人表皮生长因子联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病足患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善氧化应激指标水平,降低炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯硫辛酸治疗。Objective:To observe effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with lipoic acid in treatment of diabetic foot.Methods:The clinical data of 90 diabetic foot patients admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each.The control group was treated with lipoic acid,while the observation group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,the oxidative stress index levels[advanced protein oxidation products(AOPPs),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)],the inflammatory factor levels[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%(42/45),which was higher than 77.78%(35/45)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After THE treatment,the levels of AOPPs,MDA,TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of THE diabetic foot patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of oxidative stress indexes,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to single lipoic acid treatment.
