摄泉汤治疗小儿遗尿临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察摄泉汤治疗小儿遗尿的疗效。方法:48例随机分为两组,治疗组23例用摄泉汤治疗,对照组25例予以醋酸去氨加压素片口服治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候均改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。6个月后随访再发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:摄泉汤治疗小儿遗尿症临床疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shequan Decoction in treating infantile enuresis.Methods:Forty-eight cases were randomly divided into two groups.Twenty-three cases in the treatment group were treated with Shuquan Decoction,while twenty-five cases in the control group were treated with Desmopressin Acetate Tablets orally.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndromes in both groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shequan Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of children with enuresis.
