行气活血汤联合伤速康贴膏治疗急性腰扭伤气滞血瘀型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察行气活血汤联合伤速康贴膏治疗急性腰扭伤气滞血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:64例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各32例。对照组予以艾瑞昔布片口服。观察组用行气活血汤内服联合伤速康贴膏外贴治疗。结果:治疗3天、7天后两组VAS评分、ODI评分、血清C反应蛋白浓度均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行气活血汤联合伤速康贴膏治疗急性腰扭伤气滞血瘀型疗效较好,不良反应小。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xingqi Huoxue Decoction combined with Shangsukang Paste in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain with qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods:Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group were given erecoxib orally while the observation group were treated with Xingqi Huoxue Decoction orally combined with Shangsukang Plaster with external sticking.Results:After 3 days and 7 days of treatment,the VAS score,ODI score and serum C-reactive protein concentration in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingqi Huoxue Decoction combined with Shangsukang Plaster in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain with qi stagnation and blood stasis has better curative effect and less adverse reactions.
