半夏厚朴汤合旋覆代赭汤加减辅治反流性咽炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏厚朴汤合旋覆代赭汤加减辅治反流性咽炎的临床效果。方法:120例随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,两组均用西药治疗,治疗组加用半夏厚朴汤合旋覆代赭汤治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组主要症状积分较治疗前下降,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组中医证候积分较治疗前下降,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治愈率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏厚朴汤合旋覆代赭汤加减辅治RP可提高疗效且安全。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction combined with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in adjuvant treatment of reflux pharyngitis.Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Banxia Houpu Decoction and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the main symptom scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The curative rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Houpu Decoction combined with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction could improve the curative effect in adjuvant treatment of reflux pharyngitis,with safety.
