复方血栓通联合视网膜激光光凝治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方血栓通联合视网膜激光光凝术(PRP)治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)的效果。方法:92例按随机数字表法分为两组各46例。两组均予PRP,观察组加用复方血栓通胶囊。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-8(IL-8)均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组BCVA高于对照组,IL-6、CRP、IL-8低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方血栓通联合PRP治疗NPDR效果较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of Fufang Xueshuantong combined with retinal laser photocoagulation(PRP)in the treatment of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR).Methods:Ninety-two cases were divided into two groups according to random number table method,46 cases in each group.Both groups were given PRP,and the observation group were additionally given Compound Xueshuantong Capsules.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).BCVA of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and IL-6,CRP,IL-8 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Xueshuantong combined with PRP is effective and safe in the treatment of NPDR.
