摘　　要：目的:观察电针配合平衡针治疗产后腰痛的效果。方法:64例随机分成观察组和对照组各32例。两组均用常规电针治疗,观察组加用平衡针。结果:两组治疗1周、2周后VAS评分、ODI评分均比治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗1周后观察组VAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗2周后两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗1周、2周后ODI评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针配合平衡针治疗产后腰痛效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with balance acupuncture on postpartum low back pain.Methods:Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional electro-acupuncture,and the observation group was additionally treated with balance acupuncture.Results:The VAS scores and ODI scores of the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in ODI scores between the two groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with balance acupuncture is effective in treating postpartum low back pain.
