摘　　要：目的探讨项目管理在胸腰椎疾病患者围手术期脊髓神经运动功能评估中的应用效果。方法纳入河南省人民医院骨科病区2021-01—08治疗的125例胸腰椎疾病患者为研究对象,将其中前3个月列为对照组,后3个月列为观察组。对照组运用传统的脊髓神经运动功能评测方法,观察组则实行基于项目管理的评测方法。将2组患者的数据进行对比,包含错评率、漏评率等信息。结果项目管理方案实施后,观察组评测的错评率(1.7%vs 8.1%,P<0.05)与漏评率(2.8%vs 20.3%,P<0.05)普遍低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。观察组住院时间(6.1±1.98)d与次均费用(29088±341)元低于对照组[(7.8±2.37)d,(37566±592)元,(P<0.05)]。观察组患者对医院治疗的满意度得分高于对照组(9.06±0.84 vs7.65±1.62,P<0.05)。结论对胸腰椎疾病患者实施基于项目管理的围手术期脊髓神经运动功能评估有较好的临床效果,有利于降低错评率和漏评率,降低患者的住院费用,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application and effect of project management in the evaluation of spinal neuromotor function in patients with thoracolumbar diseases during perioperative period.Methods A total of 125 patients with thoracolumbar spine who were treated in the Department of Orthopedics of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and the first three months were classified as the control group and the last three months as the observation group.The control group used the traditional spinal nerve motor function evaluation method,and the observation group used the project management based evaluation method.The data of the two groups were compared,including the misassessment rate,missed assessment rate and other information.Results After the implementation of the project management pro gram,the misevaluation rate(1.7%vs 8.1%,P<0.05)and missed evaluation rate(2.8%vs 20.3%,P<0.05)in the observation group were generally lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant.The average number of hospitalization days(6.1±1.98)and average cost per stay(29088±341)in the obser vation group were lower than those in the control group(7.8±2.37,37566±592,P<0.05).The satisfaction score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(9.06±0.84 vs 7.65±1.62,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of project management in the evaluation of perioperative spinal nerve motor function in patients with thoracolumbar disease has a good clinical effect,which can reduce the evaluation of false assess ment rate and leakage assessment rate,reduce the average hospitalization and average cost of patients,and im prove Patient satisfaction.
