消痈乳康汤内服联合中药外敷在乳腺导管扩张症术后的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察消痈乳康汤内服联合中药外敷治疗乳腺导管扩张症术后的临床疗效。方法:将80例乳腺导管扩张症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。两组患者均行手术治疗,对照组术后给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用消痈乳康汤内服联合中药外敷治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后中医证候积分、炎性因子水平、免疫指标、性激素水平变化情况。结果:对照组有效率为77.50%,观察组有效率为95.00%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分、炎性因子水平、免疫指标、性激素水平均低于本组治疗前,且治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消痈乳康汤内服联合中药外敷治疗乳腺导管扩张症术后,可缓解患者临床症状、降低炎性因子水平,改善免疫功能及性激素水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Carbuncle-Eliminating and Breast-Recovering Decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicinals on mammary duct dilatation after operation.Methods:A total of 80 patients with mammary duct dilatation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with operation.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine after operation,while the observation group was treated with Carbuncle-Eliminating and Breast-Recovering Decoction combined with external application of Chinese Medicinals on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions and the changes of TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level,immune index and sex hormone level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 77.50%in the control group and 95.00%in the observation group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level,immune index and sex hormone level of the two groups were lower than those of the same group before treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carbuncle-Eliminating and Breast-Recovering Decoction combined with external application of Chinese medicinals in the treatment of mammary duct dilatation can alleviate the clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the immune function and sex hormone level.
