摘　　要：目的:系统挖掘心力衰竭医案,分析中医辨治规律。方法:以中国知识资源总库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据学术论文总库为目标数据库,检索建库至2020年10月17日中医治疗心力衰竭的医案类文献,建立专病医案数据库,运用中医药数据挖掘平台运算分析,并分析关联规则。结果:共纳入医案406则,406人次,971诊次。关联规则结果显示,关联症状为水肿、胸闷、尿少、不能平卧、乏力;关联舌象主要有质暗、苔白、苔薄;关联脉象主要有脉沉、脉细、脉弦、脉结、脉代;关联治法主要有益气、利水、活血、温阳、化瘀;关联病机有气虚、心阳虚、肾阳虚、血瘀、脾阳虚、水气凌心、水瘀互结、阳虚、阴虚;关联药物主要有白术、茯苓、黄芪、附子、桂枝、丹参。结论:中医辨治心力衰竭,以益气温阳法、活血化瘀法、利水消肿法等为常用治法,方药多以真武汤、苓桂术甘汤等为基础方。Objective:To systematically explore the medical cases of heart failure and analyze the laws of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods:Taking the General Database of Chinese Knowledge Resources,the Full-Text Database of VIP Chinese Scientific and Technological Journals and the General Database of Wanfang Data Academic Papers as the target database,the medical cases of TCM in the treatment of heart failure from October 17,2020 were searched to establish the special medical cases database in order to establish a special disease medical cases database,use TCM data mining platform for operation and analysis,and provide data visual expression.Results:A total of 406 medical records were included,involving 406 patients and 971 visits.The results of association rules showed that the associated symptoms were edema,chest tightness,oliguria,inability to lie flat and fatigue.The related tongue manifestations mainly included dark essence,white and thin fur.The related pulse manifestations mainly included sinking pulse,fine pulse,string pulse,knot pulse and regularly intermittent purse.The main treatment methods are supplementing qi,inducing diuresis,activating blood circulation,warming yang and removing blood stasis.The associated pathogenesis included qi deficiency,heart yang deficiency,kidney yang deficiency,blood stasis,spleen yang deficiency,water pathogen attacking heart,intermingled water and blood stasis,yang deficiency and yin deficiency.The related drugs mainly included Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Fuling(Poria),Huangqi(Radix Scutellariae),Fuzi(Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata),Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi),and Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of heart failure takes the methods of supplementing qi and warming yang,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,inducing diuresis to alleviate edema as common treatment methods,and most of the formulas are based on True Warrior Decoction,Poria and Cinnamon Twig andAtractylodes Macroce
