摘　　要：目的 研究肺透明膜病新生儿在治疗中应用流量CPAP呼吸机的临床价值。方法 选取2019年11月至2020年11月漳州正兴医院接诊的84例肺透明膜病新生儿,随机分为两组,每组各42例,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在流量CPAP呼吸机下治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、治疗时间、不良反应,分析临床情况。结果 观察组的总有效率(95.24%)高于对照组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的给氧时间(91.20±10.24)h、住院时间(8.24±1.10)d和使用呼吸机时间(60.34±10.15)h,均短于对照组的(120.20±10.20)h、(12.44±1.20)d、(86.14±10.32)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(4.76%)低于对照组(30.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将流量CPAP呼吸机应用于肺透明膜病新生儿治疗中,可控制患儿病情,缓解症状,缩短住院时间,安全有效,值得在临床中应用。Objective To study the clinical value of the flow CPAP ventilator in treating neonatal hyaline membrane disease.Methods From November 2019 to November 2020,84 newborns with hyaline membrane disease were treated in Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital.These newborns were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with the flow CPAP ventilator.The therapeutic effect,treatment time,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and the clinical situation was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(80.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The oxygen time(91.20±10.24)h,hospitalization time(8.24±1.10)d and ventilator time(60.34±10.15)h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group([120.20±10.20]h,[12.44±1.20]d,[86.141±0.32]h),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group(4.76%)was lower than that of the control group(30.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the flow CPAP ventilator to treat neonatal hyaline membrane disease can control the patient′s condition,relieve symptoms,shorten hospital stay.It is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical application.
