益气健脾方治疗焦虑障碍合并功能性早搏的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨益气健脾方治疗功能性早搏伴焦虑的临床疗效。方法 收集2017—2019年宁波市康宁医院门诊就诊及住院患者60例,按随机对照双盲法,将入选患者分为西药治疗组(n=30)、中西药治疗组(n=30),西药治疗组予美托洛尔和中药安慰剂口服,中西药治疗组予益气健脾方合美托洛尔治疗,每组各30例,治疗12周。观察两组治疗前后24 h动态心电图、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及中医证候积分变化,评定两组临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前基线比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,中西药治疗组临床疗效总有效率高于西药治疗组(P<0.05),且各观察指标得分均低于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 益气健脾方联合美托洛尔片可改善患者焦虑情绪、减少功能性早搏发作,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Jianpi recipe in treating functional premature beats complicated with anxiety. Methods A total of 60 outpatients and inpatients in Ningbo Kangning Hospital from 2017 to2019 were collected, and they were randomly divided into the western medicine treatment group(n=30) and the Chinese and western medicine treatment group(n=30). The western medicine treatment group was given metoprolol and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) placebo, while the Chinese and western medicine treatment group was given Yiqi Jianpi recipe combined with metoprolol, with 30 cases in each group, treated for 12 weeks. The changes of dynamic electrocardiogram, Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) score and TCM syndrome score of two groups 24 hours before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in baseline between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the clinical efficacy of Chinese and western medicine treatment group was better than that of western medicine treatment group(P<0.05), and the scores of all observation indexes were lower than that of the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi recipe combined with metoprolol tablets can improve patients′ anxiety and reduce functional premature beats, which is worthy of clinical application.
