摘　　要：近年来,针挑疗法作为一种中医特色传统疗法已广泛应用于临床各科疾病,但针挑疗法在生殖医学领域中的应用仍有待探讨。笔者结合周少虎教授的临床实践经验,对针挑疗法治疗不孕不育症进行深入探讨。周少虎教授认为,针挑疗法治疗不孕不育症应从以下3点加以阐述:①阴阳相引,得气自安;②重视先天,督肾互佐;③卫营相透,攻补兼施。针挑疗法具有取穴少而精、配伍精当、善于创新的特点,值得在临床中进行进一步地研究和推广,且其可为开展相关实验研究提供更高等级的循证医学证据,以便更好地发挥中医药在生殖医学领域的优势。In recent years,pricking therapy,as a characteristic traditional therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,has been widely used in various clinical diseases,but the application of pricking therapy in reproductive medicine remains to be explored.Based on the clinical practice experience of professor Zhou Shaohu,the author makes a thorough discussion on pricking therapy in the treatment of infertility.Professor Zhou Shaohu believes that pricking therapy to treat infertility should be elaborated from the following three points:(1)Interdependence between Yin and Yang,focal arrival of acu-esthesia.(2)Pay attention to innate essence,Du meridians and kidney assist each other.(3)Harmonizing Ying-fen and Wei-fen,reinforcement and elimination in combination.Pricking therapy has the characteristics of fewer and more precise points,excellent compatibility and good innovation,which is worthy of further study and promotion in clinical practice.Moreover,it can provide higher-level evidence-based medicine evidence for relevant experimental studies,so as to better play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of reproductive medicine.
