改良式尿液引流在尿道下裂术后中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的分析改良式尿液引流在尿道下裂术后中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月—2020年10月期间于都县人民医院收治的65例尿道下裂患者,均给予尿道成形术治疗,依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(32例)与观察组(33例),其中对照组患者采取传统尿液引流法,观察组患者采取改良式尿液引流术。比较2组患者术后疼痛评分标准量表(MOPS)、并发症发生率、引流管留置时间、住院时间。结果观察组术后1 d、2 d、4 d的MOPS量表评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为3.03%(1/33),明显低于对照组的18.75%(6/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组引流管留置时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良式尿液引流法可以有效减轻尿道下裂患者术后的排尿时疼痛感,降低术后并发症发生率,有效缩短患者引流管留置时间,促进其术后快速恢复。Objective Analyze the effect of modified urine drainage in postoperative hypospadias.Methods 65 patients with hypospadias treated in our hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were treated with urethroplasty.According to the random number table grouping method,the patients were divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(33 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with traditional urine drainage,and the patients in the observation group were treated with improved urine drainage,The postoperative pain rating scale(MOPs),the incidence of complications,the indwelling time of drainage tube and the length of hospital stay were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The scores of mops scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1D,2D and 4D after operation(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.03%(1/33),which was significantly lower than 18.75%(6/32)in the control group(P<0.05);The retention time of drainage tube and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved urine drainage method can effectively reduce the pain of urination in patients with hypospadias,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,effectively shorten the indwelling time of drainage tube and promote their rapid recovery.
