特勤官兵疗养效果和需求分析

摘　　要：目的了解特勤官兵在疗养过程中感受情况,更加科学地安排疗养活动。方法通过问卷调查疗养员对疗养项目的感受情况,疗养后的身体和心理恢复情况,并调研下一步安排疗养项目的需求。结果特勤疗养员经过疗养后心理和身体疲劳得到恢复,特别是心理疲劳恢复更好,疗养员对康复理疗、景观治疗和体检还有较强的需求。结论特勤官兵的疗养效果较好,特别是心理疲劳恢复情况,下一步需要加强康复理疗、景观治疗、职业体检等工作,满足官兵的疗养需求,提高疗养效果。Objective To investigate the effect of special service soldiers in the recuperation,and arrange recuperation activities more scientifically.Methods The questionnaire was used to investigate the feelings of the convalescents on the recuperation items,the physical and psychological recovery after recuperation,and to investigate the needs of the recuperation items in the next step.Results The mental and physical fatigue of the special service recuperators recovered after recuperation,especially the recovery of mental fatigue was better.The recuperators had a strong demand for rehabilitation physical therapy,landscape therapy and physical examination.Conclusion The recuperation effect of special service officers and soldiers is good,especially the recovery of mental fatigue.In the next step,we need to strengthen rehabilitation physiotherapy,landscape therapy,occupational physical examination to meet the Convalescent needs of soldiers and improve the effectiveness of recuperation.
