新时代善治理念下的基层社会治理研究

摘　　要：基层社会治理是一个走向可持续善治的过程,也是一个紧扣新时代中国特色社会主义发展主旋律的过程。新时代基层社会治理工作重心必须下沉,并致力于治理方法的不断创新。文章在正确把握新时代社会治理体系核心价值观的基础上,研究了基层治理创新的先进经验和特色实践,提出应当从党建引领下的基层治理法治化、治理主体多元化、治理过程智慧化等三个重要方面入手,促进基层社会治理走向善治之路。Elementary social governance is a process towards sustainable and good governance,and it is also a process closely adhere to the main theme of socialist development in the new era.In the new era,the elementary social governance should lay its stress on foundations and focus on innovation of governance methods.This paper studies the advanced experience and the innovation practice of the elementary governance on the basis of proper understanding of social governance core values in the new era,and it is proposed that under the guidance of CCP,legalization,diversification of main bodies,intellectualized process are three important means of promoting social governance toward good governance.
