摘　　要：阐述了王家岭选煤厂为提升末煤浮选生产系统的智能化水平,从系统入料管道、浮选槽体液位测控、浮选药剂智能添加等方面对该系统进行了智能化升级改造设计。通过此次设计达到提高王家岭选煤厂二期浮选系统智能化生产水平,降低工人劳动强度,提高精矿产率,降低药剂消耗目标,最终提高二期主厂房浮选生产系统的环保水平,实现经济效益最大化。In order to improve the intelligent level of the production system of slime flotation,Wangjialing coal preparation plant has carried out the intelligent upgrading and transformation design of the system from the aspects of feed pipe,liquid level measurement and control of flotation tank,intelligent addition of flotation agent and so on.Through this design,we can improve the intelligent level of phase II flotation system of Wangjialing coal preparation plant,achieve the objectives of reducing labor intensity,improving concentrate floating yield and reducing consumption of agent,and finally improve the level of environmental protection and maximize the economic benefits of phase II main plant flotation system.
