摘　　要：分析了燕家河选煤厂传统三产品重介旋流器中煤带矸或者矸石带中煤问题的原因,通过采用高精度三产品重介旋流器,对调试过程中遇到的问题及时采取了解决办法,成功解决了二段旋流器底流口矸石带煤的问题,实现了三产品重介旋流器二段分选密度的在线调节。This paper introduces the problems and cause analysis of the traditional Three-product Dense Medium Cyclone in Yanjiahe coal preparation plant,adopts the High-precision Three-product Dense Medium Cyclone,adjusts the secondary separation density of the cyclone on line,and the problems and solutions encountered in the commissioning process.The problem of gangue carrying coal at the bottom outlet of the two-stage cyclone is successfully solved,and the on-line adjustment of the two-stage separation density of the Three-product Dense Medium Cyclone is realized.
