摘  要:分析了抚顺油页岩干馏废水的水质特点,研究了电化学油/水分离技术在油页岩干馏废水除油单元的应用状况;试验结果表明:在电流90 A和电压88 V条件下,添加电解质4 g/L氯化钠,电解50 min,除油效率基本稳定在80%左右,出水油质量浓度均能降到100 mg/L以下,达到后续处理设备需求;电化学除油装置回收的页岩油,没有改变页岩油的品质,可以有效回收,由原来的高额电耗和药剂费,转变为每吨水0.12元油收益,污水处理厂每天需处理3600 t油页岩干馏废水,创收432元/d,基本实现含油废水的资源化和无害化处理。The water quality characteristics of Fushun oil shale retorting wastewater were analyzed and the application of electrochemical oil-water separation technology in oil shale retorting wastewater removal unit was studied.The test results show that under the conditions of 90A current and 88V voltage,adding sodium chloride with electrolyte of 4g/L and electrolyzing for 50min,the oil removal efficiency basically stabilized at about 80%,and the oil concentration in the effluent could be reduced to below 100mg/L,which meet the requirements of subsequent treatment equipment.The shale oil recovered by the electrochemical oil removal device did not change the quality of the oil,and could be effectively recovered.The original high power consumption and pharmaceutical cost could be transformed into 0.12 yuan oil income per ton of water,If the wastewater treatment plant needs to treat 3600 tons of oil shale retorting wastewater every day,it can generate 432 yuan/day,basically realizing the resource recovery and harmless treatment of oil-bearing wastewater.
