摘  要:文章研究了某大功率车用燃料电池堆的高频阻抗在线快速检测技术。通过调控车用DC/DC向大功率燃料电池堆注入定频正弦激励信号,经专用调理电路对燃料电池堆输出信号并进行高精度提取,然后基于多核控制器实现高频阻抗在线快速检测。验证结果表明,燃料电池堆高频阻抗的检测周期小于100 ms,与国外同类产品相比,检测周期缩短超过40%,具有实时性高的特点。The on-line rapid detection technology of high frequency impedance of a high-power fuel cell stack is studied.The constant frequency sinusoidal excitation signal is injected into the high-power fuel cell stack by regulating the vehicle DC/DC,and the output signal of the fuel cell stack is extracted with high precision through the special conditioning circuit.Then the high-frequency impedance on-line rapid detection is realized based on the multi-core controller.The test results show that the high-frequency impedance detection cycle of fuel cell stack is less than 100 ms.Compared with foreign products,the detection cycle is shortened by more than 40%,and has the characteristics of high real-time.
