摘  要:针对一款A级轿车前转向节与下摆臂连接销孔的接头在耐久试验中出现转向节扩孔和球销松动的失效问题开展研究。设计试验,通过进行路试试验采集典型工况下的载荷确定了实效工况。建立CAE模型,通过模型计算得到销孔变形位置。通过与路试结果对比,验证了模型的有效性。利用模型对零件进行优化,优化后的零件通过了接头、台架及路试的验证。文章的研究及优化方法为零件正向开发提供了良好依据。The failure problems of knuckle reaming and ball pin loosening in the durability test of the joint between the front steering knuckle and the lower swing arm of A class vehicle are studied.Test is designed,and road test is carried out to collect the load under typical working conditions,and to determine the effective working conditions.The CAE model is established,and the deformation position of the pin hole is obtained through model calculation.Compared with the road test results,the effectiveness of the model is verified.The model is used to optimize the parts,and the optimized parts have passed the verification of joint,bench and road test.The research and optimization methods in this paper provide a good basis for the forward development of parts.
