摘　　要：文章就C2B模式下的智能车间建设进行研究,阐述了C2B模式对传统焊装车间的冲击,并从工艺流程、工艺规划与开发、虚拟仿真与调试以及工艺变更与管理等方面讨论智能车间建设方案,确定了一套适合C2B模式的焊装智能化管理体系。The process development and management of intelligent workshop based on C2B mode is discussed.The impact of C2B mode on traditional welding workshop is expounded.The construction scheme of intelligent workshop is discussed from the aspects of process flow,process planning and development,virtual simulation and debugging,process change and management,and a set of welding intelligent management system suitable for C2B mode is determined.
