健脾消痞汤对功能性消化不良患者的临床用药效果及不良反应分析

摘　　要：分析健脾消痞汤对功能性消化不良患者的临床用药效果与不良反应。选取80例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组实施健脾消痞汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状改善情况与不良反应发生率。治疗前,两组患者的临床症状无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者上腹部伴有灼烧感、疼痛感与餐后饱胀不适等临床症状均有所改善,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的倦怠、便秘、尿频、嗳气与口干等不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。健脾消痞汤能够改善功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,提升疗效。The study analyzes the clinical medication effects and adverse reactions of Jianpi Xiaopi Decoction on patients with functional dyspepsia.80 patients with functional dyspepsia are selected as the research objects,and they are divided into observation group and control group.Control group receive routine western medicine treatment,and observation group receive Jianpi Xiaopi decoction treatment.The clinical improvement situation and adverse reaction rates before and after treatment of two groups are compared.Before treatment,there is no statistically significant difference of two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,firing feeling,pain and discomfort after meal of midsection of patients in two groups after treatment improves significantly,and observation group is significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates of burnout,constipation,frequent micturition,belching and thirst,etc.of observation group are significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Jianpi Xiaopi decoction can improve the clinical symptom of patients with functional dyspepsia,reduce adverse reaction rate,and improve curative effect.
