摘　　要：为实现建设工程质量、进度和成本的综合控制,做好招标评标工作,介绍了建设工程招标评标方法,分析了建设工程招标评标体系的应用,包括确定评价标准、评价指标的设计和权重赋值,确定招标综合评价方法。提出了建设工程招标评标方法的优化建议,为选出最佳中标单位、保障工作质量起到了积极作用。In order to achieve the comprehensive control of construction project quality,process and cost,and do well in bidding and evaluation work,the study introduces the construction project bidding evaluation method,analyzes the application of construction project bidding evaluation system,including the determination of evaluation standard,design of evaluation index and weight assignment,and the determination of bidding comprehensive evaluation method.The optimization suggestions of construction engineering bidding evaluation method are proposed,to play positive function for the selection of the optimum bidding wining unit and the security quality.
