摘 要:推进建筑业绿色发展是我国实施可持续发展战略的重要举措。运用SBM超效率模型和GML指数测算了2005-2017年中国的建筑业绿色全要素生产率,从制度创新和技术创新双重作用出发,分析了环境规制、技术创新以及两者的协同作用对建筑业绿色全要素生产率的影响。研究结果表明:环境规制对建筑业绿色全要素生产率影响呈显著倒U型关系;技术创新对建筑业绿色全要素生产率提升呈现出积极的推动作用,同时建筑业环境规制强度与其自身技术创新能力在共同作用于建筑业绿色全要素生产率提升的过程中,二者之间达到较好的协同配合力度,实现协调一致发展。Promoting the green development of construction industry is an important measure for China to implement the sustainable development strategy.This paper uses SBM super efficiency model and GML index to calculate the green total factor productivity of China's construction industry from 2005 to 2017.Starting from the dual effects of institutional innovation and technological innovation,this paper analyzes the impact of environmental regulation,technological innovation and their synergy on the green total factor productivity of construction industry.The empirical results show that the impact of environmental regulation on green total factor productivity of construction industry shows a significant inverted U-shaped relationship Technological innovation plays a positive role in promoting the improvement of green total factor productivity in the construction industry.At the same time,the strength of environmental regulation in the construction industry and its own technological innovation ability work together in the process of improving green total factor productivity in the construction industry,so as to achieve better coordination and achieve coordinated development.
