摘  要:以镍基焊丝为填充金属,采用手工钨极惰性气体保护焊(TIG)对12Cr1MoV/TP347H异种钢进行焊接,经焊后热处理后,在650℃下对异种钢焊接接头进行长期高温时效,对比研究未时效、时效500和2500 h接头12Cr1MoV侧熔合区附近的析出相演变及碳迁移。结果表明:时效2500 h后,接头12Cr1MoV侧熔合区的冲击性能大幅下降;长期高温时效过程中,碳原子不断向熔合区偏12Cr1MoV侧迁移,形成明显的Cr_(23)C_(6)析出相条带,此外由富碳原子构成的增碳层宽度不断增大,导致该区域附近形成一个硬+软的力学性能薄弱区。Using nickel base welding wire as filler metal,12Cr1MoV/TP347H dissimilar steel was welded by manual tungsten inert gas(TIG)welding.After post weld heat treatment,the dissimilar steel welded joint was aged at 650℃for a long time.The evolution of precipitates and carbon migration near the fusion zone on the 12Cr1MoV side of the joint aged at 650℃for 0 h,500 h and 2500 h were compared.The results show that after aging at 650℃for 2500 h,the impact performance of the fusion zone on the 12Cr1MoV side of the joint decreases greatly.In the long-term high-temperature aging process,carbon atoms continue to migrate to the fusion zone of the 12Cr1MoV side to form an obvious Cr_(23)C_(6) precipitate band.In addition,the width of the carbon-enriched layer composed of carbon rich atoms continues to increase,resulting in the formation of a weak region of hard+soft mechanical properties near the zone.
