摘 要:采用熔融法制备了用于真空玻璃封接用的铋系低熔点非晶基础玻璃焊料,利用X射线衍射、红外吸收光谱和X射线光电子能谱对所得玻璃焊料进行了结构分析,采用浸泡腐蚀的方法对焊料的耐酸性进行了测试,使用热膨胀仪和综合热分析仪对其热学性能进行了测试,采用扫描电镜对焊料烧结后的表面形貌进行了观察,测试了焊料对母材的润湿性,研究了Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3)质量比对Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-ZnO系低熔点玻璃结构及性能的影响。结果表明:当Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3)质量比在0.64~1.57之间时,随着Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3)质量比增加,玻璃网络结构中的[BO_(3)]、[BiO6]占比减少,[BO_(4)]、[BiO_(3)]占比增多,桥氧占比增多,热膨胀系数降低,特征温度升高;当Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3)质量比大于1.57时,随着Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3)质量比增加,则现象相反。随着Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3)质量比增加,玻璃的吸潮性下降,析晶倾向变大。Bismuth-based low melting point amorphous glass solder for vacuum glass sealing was prepared by melting method.The structure of the obtained glass solder was analyzed by X-ray diffraction,infrared absorption spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,the acid resistance of the solder was tested by immersion corrosion method,and its thermal properties were tested by thermal dilatometer and comprehensive thermal analyzer.The surface morphology of the solder after sintering was observed by scanning electron microscopy,the wettability of the solder to the base metal was tested,and the effect of Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3) mass ratio on the structure and properties of Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-ZnO system low-melting point glass was studied.The results show that when the mass ratio of Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3) is between 0.64 and 1.57,with the increase of Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3) mass ratio,the proportion of[BO_(3)]and[BiO6]in the network structure of the glass decreases,the proportion of[BO_(4)]and[BiO_(3)]increases,the proportion of bridging oxygen increases,the coefficient of thermal expansion decreases,and the characteristic temperature increases.When the mass ratio of Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3) is greater than 1.57,the opposite phenomenon occurs with the increase of the mass ratio of Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3).With the increase of Bi_(2)O_(3)/B_(2)O_(3) mass ratio,the moisture absorption of the glass decreases and the crystallization tendency increases.
